Since opening The Courtyard Dairy in 2012, Andy and Kathy have scooped up foodie accolades. BBC Food and Farming Awards finalists, ‘Cheesemonger of the Year’ in the 2013 World Cheese Awards, they have an international following and a thriving online business alongside their delightful shop in The Courtyard. It’s impossible to pass the door without a tempting sample enticing you in! Andy has the story behind every cheese, regularly visiting the makers:
"We champion and support the handful of remaining independent farmhouse cheese-makers: true, great farmhouse British cheese. These farmers still make cheese by hand with milk from their own herds, to get real depth of flavour.
